We are pleased to announce that the Research Committee has awarded two grants for the Fall 2020 UTDRO Collaborative Seed Grant Competition. The winners are:
Srinivas Raman, et al for their study titled, "Integrated Use of Wearable Diagnostics in Lung Cancer”. The Research Committee noted that the proposal is very innovative and has the potential to establish UT DRO as a leader in this area. Chia-Lin (Eric) Tseng, et al for their study title, “Post-Prostatectomy Linac-Based Ultrahypofractionated Radiotherapy for Patients with Localized Prostate Cancer. A Treatment Feasibility and Outcomes Multicenter Study (PLUTO-MPC)”. The Research Committee noted that the proposal has strong scientific merit and great collaboration possibilities within the radiation medicine community.
