Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP)
Applying online:
- The application fee is waived for online applications.
- Please submit a print out of your application and any supporting documentation to Admissions and Awards at UofT.
Applying in person:
- Provide the original application and a $10 processing fee to the University of Toronto Admissions and Awards.
- U of T will forward your application and fee to the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities.

Rates for the 2010-11 academic year are:
- Domestic: $8,195
- International: $20,420
The MHSc program is a professional Master’s degree program and, therefore, students are not part of the U of T graduate funded cohort.
